Look for a portfolio of live websites, a written scope and price before work starts, full ownership of the domain and hosting, and support after launch. Nikhil Soman has built 500+ websites since 2018 for businesses in Kerala, India and the GCC, and works on a written scope for every project. What does a WordPress developer in Kerala do? A WordPress developer plans, designs and builds your website in WordPress, sets up forms, WhatsApp and payment integrations, and makes the site fast and mobile-friendly. Nikhil Soman builds custom Elementor websites and WooCommerce stores, and hands over every login at launch. How much does a freelance WordPress developer in Kerala charge? With Nikhil Soman, business websites cost ₹14,000 to ₹50,000 and online stores cost ₹25,000 to ₹1,00,000. The exact price is agreed in a written scope before work starts. Domain and hosting costs are not included in the development price. Why hire a freelancer instead of an agency? You speak directly to the person building your website, so there are no account managers relaying messages, and the price reflects one person’s costs rather than agency overheads. The trade-off is that one person handles your project, so timelines are planned around that. Is SEO included when Nikhil Soman builds a website? No. SEO is a separate service. Every website is delivered SEO-friendly in terms of speed, mobile responsiveness and clean, crawlable code, so it is ready for SEO. On-page SEO, meta titles and descriptions, schema markup, Rank Math setup, XML sitemaps and Google Search Console are done only when you take an SEO package (from ₹10,000 per month). Can you redesign or speed up an existing WordPress website? Yes. Redesigns keep your existing pages and search traffic through 301 redirects. Speed work covers caching, image compression and cleaning up heavy plugins, and target scores are agreed after an initial audit. How long does it take to build a website? It depends on the number of pages and how quickly your content is ready. The timeline is agreed in writing in the scope before work starts. Missing text and photos are the most common cause of delay. Do you offer website maintenance? Yes. Optional maintenance costs ₹2,000 per month and covers updates, backups, malware checks and small content edits. It is included free if you take an SEO plan. Every website also gets 90 days of free bug fixes after launch. How much do your SEO services cost? SEO plans cost ₹10,000 per month for 8 target keywords, ₹13,000 per month for 15 target keywords or ₹18,000 per month for 25 target keywords, with a monthly report. See [SEO services in Kerala](https://nikhilsoman.in/seo-expert-in-kerala/). Do you work with clients outside Kerala? Yes. Nikhil Soman works remotely with businesses across India and abroad, with past projects in the UAE, Qatar, Oman, Saudi Arabia and New York. Calls happen on WhatsApp or Google Meet. Who owns the website after launch? You do. The domain, hosting and website files are in your name or transferred to you, with every login handed over at launch. ##### What do I use? ## Tools & Software I always use the latest premium tools to deliver unparalleled user experience for my clients
